Measuring the impact of a small non-profit

Objective
Make the Le Grand Bain non-profit autonomous in the deployment of its impact assesment on the children supported as well as on the teachers participating in the actions.
Solution
6 hours of training in the use of Impact Tools (configuration, data collection, analysis) allowed the non-profit to deploy 3 different data collections, aggregated into the dashboard. Thus enabling the analysis of impacts on the various stakeholders, globally or by profile characteristics.

Measuring the impact of a network of schools located in priority education areas
Date: 2023 - 2025
Objective
Drive an impact measurement approach at the level of all schools in the Espérance Banlieues network, using common indicators and questionnaires. Guarantee GPDR-compliance for each school by separating accesses to databases, while allowing data to be aggregated in a dashboard at the network's level.
Solution
Complete training (8 hours) to the Impact Measurement team at Espérance Banlieues, for setting up each school's spaces, and for the data collection managers. Continuous hotline to increase the use of Impact Tools (reuse of indicators, duplication of questionnaires, standardized visuals for all schools, language function for questions adapted to each school, etc.)

Impact measurement by teacher cohort

Objective
Empower Le Choix de l'École to pilot an ambitious cohort-based impact assessment, over 4 main stages: at the entrance, 1 year, at 2 years and at the exit. Relaunch the measurement activities on a new cohort every year, to allow comparison over time and by cohort.
Solution
8 hours of training for Le Choix de l'École's Impact Measurement Officer, to design the 4 surveys to be deployed that follow the course's progression. Data collection during summer schools to obtain 100% of responses, and automated analysis to accelerate annual Impact Reports.
